El Dorado Hills sits on the eastern edge of the Sacramento metro, a short 20-minute run from our base in Citrus Heights. We have been serving Serrano, Blackstone, Carson Creek, and the Town Center area for years, and the work here looks different than a standard cleanout. Garages are bigger. Properties have more outbuildings. Hot tubs are nicer and harder to get to. Decks tend to be second-story. We staff for that.
One crew handles the whole job from quote through final sweep. You get a flat price before we arrive, SMS updates as we move, and a clean site when we leave. No subcontractors. No surprise upcharges if a load runs heavier than expected. The truck-space price you agreed to is the price you pay.
Same-day service is available if you call before noon and we have capacity. Next-day is the standard. We bring tarps, dollies, blankets, and pads, and the crew is trained on hardwood floors and tile. The goal is for you to barely notice we were there, except that the thing you wanted gone is gone.
Three reasons come up over and over in the reviews from this side of the metro:
Garage, attic, basement, and full-property cleanouts. Furniture, appliances, mattresses, exercise equipment, yard waste.
Disconnect, disassemble, haul, sweep. Including second-story decks and tight side-yard access. Typical price $350-$650.
Wood, metal, and composite. Tear down, haul, full site cleanup in one visit. Typical price $450-$900 depending on size.
Sensitive, full-property cleanouts. Working items go to donation partners. Documents and personal effects handled with care.
Drywall, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures. Coordinated with your contractor's schedule.
El Dorado Hills is bigger than people from outside the area realize. The drive from Serrano up to Carson Creek is most of 15 minutes by itself. We work all of it.
A sample of what the last few months looked like out here:
We price by truck space, not by the hour and not by the pound. You get the flat number before we touch anything. The number does not change based on whether the load is heavier than expected.
See the full pricing page for promotions and overage details. Demo work (sheds, decks, hot tubs) is quoted on top of the haul, but it is one combined flat number, not two invoices.
No. The 20-minute drive from our Citrus Heights base is built into our standard rates. You pay the same truck-space price as a customer in Folsom or Roseville.
Yes. Send us the gate code, the guard-house instructions, or the vendor-pass procedure when you book and we will follow it. We are listed as a vendor in several El Dorado Hills HOAs already.
Regularly. Pre-listing cleanouts, post-tenant turnover, estate clearances. We provide Certificates of Insurance on request and can scale to multi-truck or multi-day projects.
Yes. We do these monthly. The shell breaks down on the deck, we walk the pieces down the side stairs, and the deck stays the way we found it. Typical price is $450-$650 depending on size and access.
Same-day if you call before noon and we have a slot. Next-day is standard. We text an ETA window the morning of the job and SMS updates as the crew moves.
Working items go to JABLE, America's Homeless Veterans, or Hearts for Heroes USA. Scrap metal is recycled. Mattresses go to a mattress recycler. Hazardous waste goes to the El Dorado County HHW facility. Only the unusable goes to the landfill.
Yes. Licensed, insured, and we issue Certificates of Insurance on request for HOAs, property managers, and commercial customers. Email info@allamericanjrd.com.
Two ways to get a flat quote. Call us at (916) 500-4060 and walk us through what you have. Or text a photo of the pile, the room, or the hot tub to the same number and we will send a price back. No on-site sales pitch. No haggling. The number we send is the number you pay.
