El Dorado Hills sits on the eastern edge of the Sacramento metro, a short 20-minute run from our base in Citrus Heights. We have been serving Serrano, Blackstone, Carson Creek, and the Town Center area for years, and the work here looks different than a standard cleanout. Garages are bigger. Properties have more outbuildings. Hot tubs are nicer and harder to get to. Decks tend to be second-story. We staff for that.

We price by trailer space, not by the hour and not by the pound. You get the flat number before we touch anything. The number does not change based on whether the load is heavier than expected.

Usable items go to donation through our community partners first, recyclables are pulled next, and only the remainder is landfilled. Most of that goes to Sacramento County's Kiefer Landfill, where mixed waste runs $61.35 per ton as of January 1, 2026 against a $45.00 minimum.
Before paying anyone, including us: Kiefer takes clean inerts (concrete, brick, rock, tile, stucco), clean metals, one to two appliances a day, mattresses on non-business loads, e-waste and up to four passenger tires free of charge from residents. A pickup truck through the gate is $35. If that is your whole load and you can move it, self-hauling is cheaper and we will say so.
On demolition: in California this is a licensed trade under the Contractors State License Board's C-21 Building Moving/Demolition classification. The minor-work exemption rose from $500 to $1,000 on January 1, 2025 under AB 2622, but it does not apply where a building permit is required. We handle non-structural tear-outs and say so when a job crosses that line.

No. The 20-minute drive from our Citrus Heights base is built into our standard rates. You pay the same trailer-space price as a customer in Folsom or Roseville.

Regularly. Pre-listing cleanouts, post-tenant turnover, estate clearances. We provide Certificates of Insurance on request and can scale to multi-trailer or multi-day projects.
Yes. We do these monthly. The shell breaks down on the deck, we walk the pieces down the side stairs, and the deck stays the way we found it. Typical price is $450-$650 depending on size and access.
